This ONLINE course is designed to offer participants a discussion about regulations surrounding personal and incidental money management in California. This course also serves as a source of best practice tips and recommendations for these person-centered times. Join us for an in-depth review of ways to exceed compliance and incorporate ethics into money management. This course is also helpful for managers and Licensees who wish to have safeguards for fraud, mismanagement and abuse prevention in the workplace.
This two-hour course will enable participants to:
- Give examples of stakeholders who are involved in the spending and records management of an individual’s P and I monies
- Identify the Title 22 regulations surrounding management of personal and incidental monies
- Implement safeguards for effective management of P and I records
- Give at least one example of best practices for theft and mismanagement prevention
Approvals: This course meets requirements towards the ARF, Group Home, STRTP and RCFE recertification process for certified administrators.
Law and regulations topics are required for recertification as an ARF, RCFE, GH or STRTP Administrator.
