- Recognize specific applicable sections of the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts as related to data collection, storage, and transportation
- Provide a summary of what HIPAA includes and who enforces it
- Take into account workplace requirements specific to data collection, storage, and transportation
